Dr. Anne Bracy joins as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science. Dr. Bracy obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania in the area of computer architecture.
Xiaodong Wang is the winner of the 2014 OCTEON Trophy Award, for his work on shared resource management on multicore CPUs.
CSL alumnus Engin Ipek received the 2014 IEEE TCCA Young Computer Architect Award. Dr. Ipek earned his Ph.D. in 2008 under Prof. José Martínez’s advising.
Prof. Christopher Batten received an Intel Early Career Faculty Honor Program Award, the Michael Tien ’72 Excellence in Teaching Award, and the James M. and Marsha D. McCormick Award for outstanding advising of first-year engineering students.
CSL researchers had six papers accepted to the 2013 Intl. Symp. on Computer Architecture (ISCA).
