Last two to three hours of doppler radar updates from www.wunderground.com, updated
every 5 to 10 minutes (This page will also refresh every 10 minutes).
The back-end is a perl script which grabs the radar map from the weather
server every five minutes (2 hours of archives are kept locally before being
deleted). The maps are then displayed in an animated loop using javascript.
