CSL is located in Rhodes Hall, which is located on Hoy Road, opposite Hoy Field. Rhodes Hall is adjacent to both Phillips Hall (ECE) and Upson Hall (CS). The CSL lab is in room 4160 Upson, with machine room space in 361 Rhodes. Walking from the Engineering Quad takes about five minutes. There are bicycle racks outside the main entrance of Rhodes Hall.
Finding parking is pretty near impossible. There are booths near the entrance to campus where visitors can obtain parking information. Ithaca has a small airport located about fifteen minutes from Cornell's campus served exclusively by US Airways. There are direct flights to New York (LGA), Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh. Alternatively, one can fly to Syracuse, Binghampton, or Elmira. These airports are all less than 75 minutes away from campus. There are shuttle services available from these airports to/from Cornell. The Statler Hotel, run by the Cornell school of Hotel Management, is five minutes walking distance from Rhodes Hall, and is one of the best hotels in Ithaca. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Ithaca airport. | |||
